Welcome to the Voyage of Irish Dance online enrolment form.

Please take the time to read everything carefully as you fill in your enrolment details. If you are under 18, please ask your parent or guardian to fill in the form for you.

You can read all about the fees and charges on the Fee Structure 2021 page . Please take note of the information about any discounts you may be eligible for.

When you submit your enrolment form, fee(s) will be placed in your shopping cart. Note: at the bottom of the form, you can choose to pay for both enrolment fees and class fees when you checkout, or just the enrolment fees.

If you choose to pay for both the enrolment fee and the class fees, all fees will be placed in the shopping cart. If you choose to only pay for the enrolment fee now, the class fees will be invoiced and emailed to you within a few days. This invoice will include a link where you can pay.

If you are enrolling in more than one class or enrolling multiple students, you may be eligible for discounts. In this case, choose to pay for the class fees later. Your discounts will be entered and the invoice emailed to you within a few days. Please note: all invoices and reminders are sent from Check your junk folder if not in your inbox.

Please email your Active and/or Creative Kids Voucher to Once redeemed it will be adjusted on your invoice.

If you wish to purchase any Dance Wear, after submitting your enrolment, the shop will become available here. You can choose and place more items in your shopping cart before going to the checkout page.

Once you have submitted your enrolment, and finalised your checkout, you can view the details of your enrolment in your Members Area by clicking the My Enrolments link.

For the most updated information please rely on the emailed invoice from MYOB ( Once your invoice is paid in full you will receive a “completed” confirmation email generated from our website.

  • An annual Enrolment Fee of $37 for the year 2021 needs to be paid upon Enrolment in one or more classes of “Voyage of Irish Dance”. Enrolment will only be issued when the enrolment fee for 2021 is paid. This enrolment fee incorporates annual insurance, music licence, administration & registration costs.
  • Enrolments are only taken at the start of each term.
  • Your enrolment may be for a minimum of two terms to a maximum of the year 2021. Note: If enrolling in “Primary Class” or “Bunghrád - Beginners Course” you may also enrol for only one term.
  • If you need to cancel your enrolment, a written notice needs to be sent to “Voyage of Irish Dance” two weeks prior to the final class of that term.
  • If enrolment is cancelled prior to the agreed two terms, full payment is required. No refunds will be given. If fees for the two terms has not been paid in full, the balance must be paid upon cancellation. Note: For those enrolled in “Primary Class” or “Bunghrád - Beginners Course” one full term payment will be charged.
  • Voyage of Irish Dance enrols on a per term basis. If previously enrolled for two terms, further terms require whole term enrolment. Note: The “Primary Class” or “Bunghrád - Beginners Course” accept single term enrolments. If a per term basis is not possible, casual rates may apply.
  • Prior to the start of each term, invoices will be emailed to you. Please ensure your email address is current in member\'s area of our website. Invoices and reminders are sent from Check your junk folder if it is not in your inbox.
  • The due date will be four weeks from the date of invoice. An “Early Bird discount” of 5% will be given if paid by the “Early Bird” due date (also on the invoice). The received discount will be deducted from your next invoice. 
  • A late fee of $10 will be charged if payment is not received by the due date.
  • Every month not paid you will be charged a $25 account keeping fee.
  • If the account is still outstanding 3 months after the due date, it will be referred to a debt collection agency. This will incur extra costs on top of your outstanding invoice. 
  • Every dancer can make use of our costumes. A one-off Costume Fee of $36 for 2021 will be charged if you make use of our costume(s). This fee incorporates cleaning, repair, making & handling costs. Costumes will remain in ownership of “Voyage of Irish Dance”.
  • No reimbursement will be given when classes are missed. Classes can be caught up in a similar class at a different venue with prior notice.
  • If, due to sickness of the teacher or other unexpected circumstances, a class needs to be cancelled, a class may be made up or a reimbursement for that specific class will be given.
  • Dancers must abide by NSW Health and CRN guidelines for COVID-19. Dancers are not permitted to attend classes or enter the venue if experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or been in a NSW Health-designated COVID-19 hotspot, until a negative test result has been received or the required lockdown period has been served.
  • After enrolment you will receive the Information Booklet 2021 containing further information.
  • You acknowledge that your child(ren), yourself or your family may be exposed to COVID-19 while attending “Voyage of Irish Dance”, and you agree to accept sole responsibility of exposure which may occur while attending classes. You agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the “Voyage of Irish Dance”, teachers, volunteers, dancers and their families of any form of claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising from, out of, or relating thereto, whether COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any “Voyage of Irish Dance” classes.
